Demeter Vintage Pearl & Glass Necklace
This piece has a lot of symbolic meaning to me and was a really rewarding one to make. I love the sort of talismanic pendant with the green marbled fish-shaped primary bead, accompanied by a vintage Nolan Miller gold round hoop (sourced at Chelsea Flea Market in NYC).

In Greek mythology, Demeter is the Olympian goddess of the harvest and agriculture, who presides over crops, grains, food, and the fertility of the earth. Although she is mostly known as a grain goddess, she also appeared as a goddess of health, birth, and marriage and had connections to the Underworld.
